March 28, 2013, 5 miles in on Route 6, off I-84 on Twin Lakes Road, near Shohola:

A large, upright creature with a big head and shoulders is observed near the tree line on the opposite side of the road by a lady driving home. The creature was about 6-7" Tall, and black in color. The reflectiveness from the car's headlights on the hair is what initially caught the witness's attention.
