February 2007, near Hesston: 
While horseback riding in a wooded area, two witnesses observe a tall figure walking a power line clearing. They first thought it was an archery hunter until they realized it was too tall. The figure was dark in color, standing about 7 to 8 ft tall ,walking with a hunch. The figure walked half way across the power line, squatted down momentarily, staring back at the two witnesses before rising up and walking into the wood line disappearing from sight. 

April 1994, Raystown Lake: 
Hiking around Raystown Lake, a man claims he saw a dark colored creature he first thought was a bear, until it stood up. The hiker then realizes this was not a bear. He quickly fled the area.
